09. Talks, conferences and workshops
I am giving talks and conferences about the following projects : Eclipsed Processes and Mastectomy Caregiver as well as around the following topics : designing within the medical field, designing abroad and positioning oneself in a design process as well as the history of kalamkari : a sustainable dyeing and printing technique.
During Dutch Design Week 2019, I have participated in the program of The Arena (Graduation Show of the Design Academy Eindhoven) with several presentations about my graduation project Eclipsed Processes as well as in a round table debate called Designing Elsewhere.
Currently, designer and researcher Clara Le Meur and I are working on setting up a conference about the topic of memory imbedded in textiles. Together, we go through valuable research we conducted as part of our graduation projects.
